The following terms and conditions apply to the promotional offer highlighted on this webpage:

1. Participants must book a cruise vacation/travel with Angel Luxe Travel by 30 September 2026 to qualify for a chance to win.

2. Must be 21+ and a U.S. resident to enter.

3. One entry is permitted per cruise vacation/travel booking.

4. Winner will receive a 2‑night stay only resort accommodation for two (2) adults in Mexico (the prize). The two (2) adults must both be at least 21 years of age (verified by official government ID). 

5. Angel Luxe Travel reserves the right to select the resort accommodation referred to in the prize. Travel dates are subject to availability.

6. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on September 30, 2026 (deadline).

7. Winner selection will be determined a by random draw from qualified entries.

8. Only one winner will be selected and will be notified by email.

9. Winner will be announced within 7 days after the promotional offer ends. The announcement will be made on Angel Luxe Travel's web site and official social media handles seven (7) days after the deadline.

10. Winner has three (3) days to respond to the notification email and claim the prize. If winner does not claim the prize within this stated timeframe, Angel Luxe reserves the right to select an alternate winner.  

11. The prize is non‑transferable and has no cash value.

12. Winner is responsible for transportation to, and from the awarded resorts accommodation

13. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees applicable to the awarded resort accommodation.

14. Winner expressly consents to abide by all rules of the resort accommodation awarded. 

15. Winner consents to his/her name being included in an official winner announcement of the award.

16. By entering this promotional offer, participants agree to the official rules and allow Angel Luxe to contact them regarding the promotion.

17. Angel Luxe Travel reserves the right to verify all entries and booking completions.

18. Angel Luxe Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.
